If you do not have a Docketed Judgment our paralegal will request of the Courts and file all necessary paperwork to obtain this important status there is a $95.00 fee which includes state fees due prior to this work being performed.   You must supply us with current address and asset report. Upon accetance of or agreement to force your judgment we will investigate,  skiptrace, asset, property, bank, employment, ect. We obtain this information for an up front flat fee. (A private citizen would pay $475.00 - $1,200.00).    Judgment  Retained from Amount Collected  Investigation      Retainer     $1,500.00 to $9,999.99 50% of what we collect. $195.00 $10,000 to $50,000.00  45% of what we collect.        $225.00 $50,000.01 to $99,999.99 40% of what we collect.        $250.00 $100,000.00  + 35% of what we collect. $275.00 Out-of-State / Foreign Judgments* Rate Plus 10% $325.00
